Priority Plan: plumbing membership for homeowners

The Priority Plan is our yearly membership for homeowners in Matraville, Maroubra, Malabar, Pagewood, Eastgardens, Botany, Little Bay and the rest of the Eastern Suburbs. Members get 10% off every job for the year, a free whole-home plumbing health check, and priority booking ahead of non-members. It's built for people who want their home looked after properly, not just fixed when something breaks.

What members get

10% off every job

Repairs, replacements and new installs, for the whole membership year. A new hot water system, a tap and toilet upgrade or a blocked drain all come with the discount.

A free yearly health check

Once a year we check the plumbing right through the house and give you a written report with photos, so you know what's coming and can plan for it.

Priority booking

Members are booked in ahead of non-members. When we're busy, you go to the front of the queue.

Our lifetime labour warranty

Like every customer, members get our lifetime labour warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the home.

What the yearly health check covers

The health check is the same whole-home inspection our plumbers are trained to run, done as a dedicated visit. We look at:

  • Your hot water system: its age, the relief valve and the tempering valve
  • Water pressure and the pressure limiting valve
  • Flexi hoses under sinks, basins and toilets (a common cause of floods)
  • Taps, toilets and cisterns for leaks and wear
  • Isolation valves and the main stop tap, so you know they'll turn off when you need them
  • Visible drains, gullies and stormwater pits
  • Signs of leaks, damp or water damage
  • Water filter cartridges and backflow devices, if you have them

You get a report with photos and a clear list of anything that needs attention, with options. Nothing is done without your OK. Read more in our plumbing guides.

Who the Priority Plan suits

Older homes

Many southern Eastern Suburbs homes still have original galvanised or copper pipes, clay drains and ageing hot water systems. A yearly check catches problems while they're still small.

Planning ahead

If your hot water system is getting on, knowing that early means you choose the time and the system, instead of taking what's available on a cold morning.

Families who are flat out

One visit a year, a written list of what matters, and someone to call who already knows your home.

How to join

Ask your plumber on any visit, or mention it when you book. If you join on the day, the 10% comes off that job straight away. Membership covers one property, your home, and renews each year. We remind you before it renews, and you can opt out any time before your renewal date.

Common questions

Does the Priority Plan pay for itself?

For most homes, yes. The free health check alone is worth more than the membership, before you count the 10% off any work during the year.

Can I join if I've never used you before?

Yes. Ask when you book your first visit and the discount applies to that job.

Does the discount apply to a new hot water system?

Yes. The 10% applies to repairs, replacements and installations done during your membership year.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The plan renews automatically each year, and you can opt out any time before your renewal date. We'll remind you before it renews.

Does it cover more than one property?

Each membership covers one home. If you own more than one, ask us.

Is the health check a sales visit?

No. You get an honest report with photos. If something needs doing, we give you options and a fixed price, and you decide if and when.
